01 Instant Refund (Eligible Orders)

For orders meeting the instant refund conditions, the system will execute an instant refund.

02 Negotiation Refund (Orders exceeding time limits)

Applicable to orders exceeding time limits (e.g., hotel check-in day, 5 minutes after ride-hailing pickup), the process is as follows:

Contact Official Customer Service

Contact official customer service via SHI-X APP phone or online chat to explain the refund request and reason.

Provide Order Information

Submit order number, booker's name, and contact details to facilitate the verification of order details.

Negotiate Refund Plan

Customer service will negotiate a refund plan with the user based on the actual order situation and refund reason, including full refund, partial refund, or rescheduling. Both parties can discuss the optimal solution.
